Shirat Hayam cares about community, both our immediate synagogue community as well as the community in which we live. All year long, the Caring Network provides opportunities to perform acts of lovingkindness together.

SHIRAT HAYAM COMMUNITY GARDEN

Tended by our volunteers, hundreds of pounds of produce are donated each year to the Community FoodBank of NJ, Southern Branch

Every month, 8 random congregants receive a Taste of Shabbat gift bag of challah, homemade dessert, flowers and candles. All prepared by Caring Network volunteers
