ADULT EDUCATION The purpose of the Adult Education Committee is to provide programs either free standing or in conjunction with the Clergy and/or the Programming Committee of enrichment to the congregation at large either in the area of Judaic studies or relevance to Jews of Atlantic County or the world at large. |

BUDGET AND FINANCE Oversee the day-to-day operations of the synagogue as well as the restricted and endowed accounts. We are responsible for creating the operating budget and ensuring that the congregation remains fiscally responsible. |

NOMINATING Recommends and encourages participation in synagogue activities. We also recommend persons to join the Board of Trustees and encourage leadership positions on our Board. |

MARKETING Will coordinate publicity for all Shirat Hayam events and programs. As soon as a program is planned, please email me the date time, place, cost, rsvp and any other relevant information. At least 6 to 8 weeks notice is preferred. |

MEMBERSHIP The primary goal of the Membership Committee is to sustain and grow synagogue membership through outreach and contact with past, present, and potential members. |

MEN’S CLUB Plan social events for the club members and explore fund raiser activities for the engagement of all synagogue members. |
